the location was great. the buggy service provided easy access to nearby spots (i used it a lot!). the breakfast buffet featured a huge variety of choices.
the gym could use an update. it only had a few machines and some free weights (i wish there was more!). the towel policy near the pool was a bit strict.

I enjoyed the complimentary popcorn and the popsicles by the pool. That was a nice touch. the staff provided attentive service . the tv in the room was big, and i found the bed comfortable. it really was like they have so much to offer!
i noticed the hotel design allows street noise into the rooms, a bit of a disturbance.

the hotel had a shuttle buggy to the beach!). the hotel restaurant featured a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of western and local food. i found something new to try each morning.
The check-in process could have been better. no one offered a welcome drink directly. I had to get it myself. additionally, there were no hand towels provided in the room upon arrival (a minor inconvenience).

mixed feelings about this stay

the breakfast offered a good variety.
The service was not excellent at check-in. i had to get my own welcome drink. No one walked me to the room or pointed out the amenities. the resort was crowded, so much so that it seemed like an airport. a cake was provided, but it tasted bad.

The staff was helpful and friendly. i especially appreciated pebri in the restaurant. She was very kind in how she interacted with people. (her service made our meals more pleasant). the hotel also offered a variety of activities.
the deposit release took longer than expected. although the hotel said the deposit would be released immediately after checkout, i was informed via whatsapp that it could take 3 to 7 days depending on the bank. this seemed unprofessional, as i was a frequent customer.

The room had a large space. The bathroom includes a separate toilet and shower. Breakfast extended until 11 AM, with an extensive variety of options and very rich selections (the fruits were fresh). Each staff member always wears a smile and engages in small talk.
The hotel blocked the deposit until we checked out. I was informed via WhatsApp that the deposit would be returned after 3 to 7 days depending on the bank procedure. I still have not received the money back, even after speaking with the duty manager.
